
St. Vincent’s Home Oblate community together with the children and elders who live there, as well as with the supporting staff, celebrated the annual feast of their Patron St. Vincent de Paul. Former Managing Director of St. Vincent’s Home Fr. Subash Fernando, OMI was the chief guest and preside over the Eucharist. It also coincided with the welcoming of Frs. Chamika Sudarshana, Lakshan Fernando and Dan Remesyius to their new community.

Jayakody, yesterday evening (February 8th), as the community gathered to honour his 28th death anniversary.
The day before he said good bye to Sri Lanka, Fr. Antoni Bochm OMI, the Vicar General of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate, visited St. Vincent’s Home, Maggona. He was welcomed by the community members before he visited each service centre situated within the premises.
