St. Vincent’s Home, Maggona, Sri Lanka – At the foot of the Cross erected at the National Calvary Shrine (within the premises of St. Vincent’s Home), there is a unique cemetery. It is the holy burial ground of many Oblates (most of them being foreign missionaries) and several Brothers of St. Vincent de Paul who had served at this hallowed institute. Today being the All Souls Day, SVH community paid homage to them by celebrating Holy Mass there together with the children, several villagers and relatives of the dead. Fr. Chamika Sudarshana presided over the Eucharist and blessed the cemetery as well.
