A two-day Residential Seminar and Exposure Programme was recently held at the Mazenod Youth Centre, bringing together students from the Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, the University of Moratuwa, and Uva Wellassa University.

Organized by the National University Chaplain in collaboration with the Sri Lanka University Catholic Students’ Movement (SLUCSM), the programme was held under the theme: “Christ is the Centre of Our Lives and the Model for Leadership.” The seminar provided students with a meaningful opportunity for spiritual reflection, personal growth, and leadership formation.

Interactive sessions focusing on group dynamics and leadership were facilitated by three resource persons: Fr. Shanil Jayawardana, OMI, Fr. Srinath Perera, OMI, and Fr. Ruwan Perera, OMI. Their valuable insights and guidance greatly enriched the experience for all participants.

We express our sincere gratitude to our benefactors for their generous support, which made this programme possible, as well as the ongoing Social Charity Project and the formation sessions conducted for the students of these three universities.
